    If this question has been asked before I apologize, I searched and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know why I can't download any apps. I keep getting the message in the picture

    I think there's something wrong with BlackBerry World tonight. I'm trying to buy some music and keep having weird things happen. So I can't complete the purchase.

    I've tried using Internet Explorer web browser, Firefox web browser and BlackBerry world on my Z10, no luck with any, just weird things/errors happening.

    I haven't had the problem personally but do know someone who does. First she lost all her android side loads after updating (understandably so) then Skype. So I suggested a reset, still nothing, suggested a wipe and set everything fresh.. well she lost all installed apps and now she's getting same screen as OP. Hopefully this fixes soon
