    I have a Z10 on OS 10.2.1.2156 running on T-Mobile. It has been working great with my email account until this summer, where all of a sudden it could no longer reach my email host. The web browser works fine, but it cannot seem to make a connection to my mail host's IMAP port (both regular and SSL ports). I even tried setting up a Gmail account, and the Z10 cannot reach that either. What's odd is that this is limited to the mobile network. If I have a WiFi connection, I can get my email just fine. T-Mobile support could not find a problem and told me to reload my OS. Apart from that drastic step, do any of you have any suggestions on troubleshooting this issue? Thanks.

    What port specifically are you using?

    That would be port 993, the IMAP SSL port.
