I've had z10 first, now Passport, and speed of browsing phones internal memory is close to useless. For instance, it is too slow to watch camera pictures via WiFi on my desktop or tablet, and if you accidentally rotate image than you have to wait at least one minute, first for phone to save changes than to load another image. Watching videos via WiFi from phones internal memory is a no go, cause it stutters all the time.
Doing same thing from my desktop or tablet is much faster(they are on true windows 8.1 both).
Am I doing something wrong, or it is something with hardware or software limitations?
    Thanks!

How are you accessing your phone's content?
...PS3, some other DLNA device, Windows, Mac, Tablet, Blend?

Well, the System is in the Internal Memory. This part is not mounted as a Mass Storage disk, but as a Network Drive. Firewall on your computer can slow down the traffic. And if you enable encryption... any transfers will slow down more.
