    I have application Kate Mobile is client for vk.com. So 2 days ago I upgraded my OS from 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 with OTA and now I have this issue.
    When I minimize application Blackberry suspend all notifications/pushes/etc. In notification settings all flags enabled including "Work when minimized".
    I have reinstalled application yet.
    Has anyone solved this problem?
