    After the OS update last week, one of my emails no longer automatically populates email addresses. i have tried rebooting, taking out the battery, holding down the volume keys and removing said email address completely and re-adding it as well.

    Does anyone know of any fixes? Thanks

    Do you mean when composing an email, it doesn't make suggestions of recipients? Isn't there a setting for that?

    my personal email address works fine. unfortunately its my work email address which is a active synch exchange account though.

    That's very weird. All the same contacts show up as I type in all accounts.

    What account are your contacts backed up to? Your personal or work? What types of email accounts are each of these two? Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange, etc.?

    hotmail (personal) email address is fine but my work email which is a 2013 exchange account is the one having problems

    how can you tell where the contacts are backed up to? i think i answered the second part of your question.

    In Contacts, narrow your view of contacts to your accounts individually by pressing the hamburger in the lower left, then you'll see what account they're all in.

    Sorry, I don't have a clue. I can only suggest maybe you reload your OS. I thought maybe if all your contact were on one particular account, that would be a clue, but it doesn't seem like it

    This problem appears to be in the 10.3.2 upgrade happening outside the USA now. Hopefully it comes to North America soon!
