Hello,

I am new to the BlackBerry/BB10, having just moved to a BlackBerry Passport device (from a Nokia Lumia 930). I need access to OneDrive, but the OneDrive app does not seem to connect after I enter all of my correct 2-factor authentication credentials.

Can someone please assist? Thank you all in advance.

Hi,

You aren't the only one. There's a few of us here within the forums suffering from this issue, http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=976076
I did a search in BlackBerry World and i've found that other are experiencing the same issue.
The App will force close after you log in and grant access to the app to access the files.

It's been like this for a few days now (since Thursday for me).

I've yet to find a viable solution to get it to work.

The only options available as a walk around so far are:
-use the broswer
- use the android app (doesn't work for me on my passport)
-purchase Playcloud from blackberry world.

Myself i've just downloaded the files that I use and uploaded them to a different cloud storage until this issue is resolved.

Removing app; Rebooting; Re-installing fixed the problem.

For those on 10.3 still, an update was pushed out and it has fixed the log in problems
