    One less competitor for BB to worry about as of today. I know everyone has been stressed about this Kickstarter project destroying Blackberry but it looks like they'll be safe a while longer.

    Haha they got 13 backers. The Idea of having a big touch screen as well as a physical keyboard is really attractive yet barely ever done right. There was something similar a while a go. I think it even made it to the market. But I don't see them as viable alternatives.

    I think this is the one you are thinking of. It was written up on BGR and on here. I've been checking on him since to see if anyone actually bit. I guess 13 did.
