    I went to a contract who I have video chatted before with my Z10 to their Playbook and the option to Video Chat with them was no longer available.

    I had to have them send me the video chat request from their playbook in order for us to connect.

    This feature was available on previous builds but now with OS version 10.1.0.4633 it is gone

    Same with me. I don't see my PlayBook contacts on my BB10 anymore. Maybe a bug in the 10.1 MR?
