Since 10.1 is really only an incremental upgrade, BBRY has probably moved most of their development resources over to the 11 release at this point. I would expect that the next flagship is being developed hand in hand with BB11.

Odds are that the next version they are working on is 10.2 and not 11, there is no need for them to rush through the version numbers.

Given how close we are to the BB Live show, I would bet on them wanting to announce it going live then and probably have had carriers hold off on launching it a little sooner than that.

10.1 will be officially released for the Z10 the same day there's a leak for 10.2.

To be honest, I have not felt any need whatsoever to go near the leaks, why mess around with non-final software just for the sake of a couple of weeks, it is not like your device is bad before or vastly better after.

It's a personal choice(habit). I've always used an OS leak on all of my personal Blackberries or skip a few OS leaks. No different than members that swear by a final OS.....then complain about it not being any better than the OS that was installed when they bought their BlackBerry. LOL. Most changes are incremental at best.

I'd rather it take a little while and address the issues, rather than rush the update out and have some issues remain.

In the meanwhile, load up one of the leaks and be content.

What's a little while? I've been waiting for over two months for a fix to the smtp bug that they created with the last update.
