    So one thing that is a bit annoying is when replying to an email, it will show a sent email with a check mark in the inbox but it doesn't have a reply arrow for the original email that was replied to.

    This can get confusing if you forget you replied to that specific email or not.

    My iPhone4S does this and it does the same thing in Outlook on my desktop. Is it possible to get this feature or am I missing something? Any work around?

    Use conversation view.

    that will keep app replies grouped together
