Only 4 Remember folders were restored. I can't figure out why all folders didn't get restored.

Were you installing a leak? Upgrading?

I am upgrading from Z10 to Z30. I thought the Blackberry Link Backup would restore everything from the Z10 to Z30. I notice now that nothing from the File Manager, Pictures or Videos folders were restored either.

One of the links above suggest backing up the Z10 with Backup Pro app from Blackberry World. I can't understand why BB Link wouldn't do this. Am I missing something?

Try the device switch app in BlackBerry App World. That should work better for you.
