    Need help whatsapp support is over I can't use whatsapp, My all communication were stop and thread or any patch for whatsapp? Please help me out.

    It's not over yet. Support is supposed to cease at the end of 2016. Communication still works, you don't need a patch and it would be wise to use the existing thread http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...inued-1064011/ .

    But I can't use it it says your device is not supported, and I tries to download from BlackBerry store but it fails. So what to do? Help me out.

    Which device? Try to install Beta Zone and use the version from there, maybe that'll help, BlackBerry World has had a lot a lot of hiccups recently. I guess you tried the usual - removing WhatsApp, resetting / rebooting the phone, ...?

    What are you talking about? See the screenshot I just took.....

    I am not saying this is not happening to you, just confirming this might be a local or temporary issue as everything is normal... and the app is available on both Beta Zone and BlackBerry World....

    Works perfect in Germany on both Q10 and Leap. Maybe there was a temporary problem?

    It works fine on my 9900. But on my Q10, after all the:restart,uninstall etc., the problem still persist.

    So sorry to hear that. I guess we don't know yet what might be the problem..... Weird. You don't even see it available for installation at the BlackBerry World store?
