    If you've just updated to 10.2, wait for a couple of hours, and then restart our phone.
    I didn't have whatsapp notifications in my Hub too until I did a reset. Works perfectly after that

    It shows in the Hub, the category is there but the notifications don't come through until I got on the app. Updated to 10.2, 3 days ago.

    I'm having this exact issue.
    Messages actually arrive and a WhatsApp category is in my hub, however it is empty. To check for new messages, I have to go into WhatsApp itself. Completely deleting the app, restarting the phone and reinstalling the app again didn't help either .

    Had the same proble. Uninstall, reboot and reinstall helped me.

    I've done that a couple of times now, unfortunately the problem persists. I'm not sure what else I could try, except wiping my device.
