Don't know what happened bt what's app doesn't show notifications. Every time i have to open the app for new messages.
On official 10.2 OS

Hmmm.... have you tried to delete and reinstall the app? Perhaps a reset?

Yes, i have done that for 3 times but still nothing is happening.

Afther this WeekEnd, I had to reactivate showing it in Hub>...>Settings>Hub management!
it turned off by "itself"... or was it after I changed my status?/added a contact... dunno the trigger... But it happened to me, too...
Simply turn it on again in Hub-Management...
I am running 10.2.0.424

Is it not showing conversations in the hub at all, or is it just not receiving/notifying on new messages when in the background?

Neither it's showing the new conversations in the hub nor its showing the notification for new messages.

Then it would be helpful if you could please contact support from within the app, then PM me with the ticket number. In cases like this, I at least want to look at app logs and see what's going wrong.

I am having the same problem. My whatsapp is empty in the hub.

I have the same problem after reinstalling WhatsApp due to the problem with two WhatsApp icons in the HUB.

Not sure if it's a Whatsapp issue, but everyday I receive 2 notifications in the hub to update my whatsapp password (third is for Google Talk). Don't know how that makes sense!
