    Get all your pals on BBM, then delete Whatsapp, step two is to not look back.

    If you just upgraded to 10.2, then please upgrade to the latest version of WhatsApp. You should hopefully see an update in BB World. If you do not, then try doing a delete/reinstall.

    As some have noticed, our version numbers have 4 digits. The current version, for example, is "2.11.66.x". That "x" is actually the version of BlackBerry 10 that the app is built for (.0 = 10.0, .1 = 10.1, .2 = 10.2). So you should make sure you're running the latest .2 release, to make sure everything will work correctly on a 10.2 phone.

    The error seen in the screenshot above will happen under one of two situations:
    1) BlackBerry World didn't shut down our app correctly when installing an update. (this actually happens a lot more often than you'd think)
    2) The back-end of our app couldn't start for some reason

    So please try following its instructions. If it still doesn't work, a delete/reinstall should clear things up.
