I will just keep checking all the blogs and coverage about it.
However, launch day is a completely different story. That will be a PTO day for me at work, and I will be waiting in line, all night if I have to just to be one of the firsts to get anything I have waited so long for on launch day!!

I plan taking the day off work too. Excited! January 30th is the day I decide if I'm all in on BB10.

As previously posted, I'll probably be at work, monitoring events, and then, wait to get the BB10s. Trying to hold out for the Slider version since I already have the GSlll and an 2 iPhones. But, who knows.

Like others have said Jan 30th is just the announcement day so I'll just watch the content live or later depending whether I happen to be free or not at the time. But the important thing is what I'll be doing on the day that BB10 phones launch in the UK.

This dude looks like the aliens with fluffy ears I saw on TV last night. Did you just PEEKed into the future to know it would be a rehash of already known features?

I don't think RIM will have the champagne rolling on the launch since it's a 'rolling' launch for BB10 across the world. So highly unlikely there would be a launch party/event of the magnitude of Jan 30. And if this launch event will 'rock' for somebody and not you, I don't think it's your business to p00p the party for him/her. Your posts used to make some sense earlier, now they look plain stupid and undignified.

To answer the question of how to get invited, you may want to call in a favor or two to your journalist-friends or someone whose organizing or something like that. Somebody living in Waterloo can perhaps answer the question with more accuracy than me.
