I really believe BlackBerry needs to release new high end phones in 2014. I have had a z10 since last February. For the most part I like it a lot. But some things I would definitely change. 1) battery life - needs bigger battery. 2) put usb/hdmi ports on right, not left. Move volume etc to left, from right. 3) camera. Lens is easily dirtied, as it is even with back surface. Low light performance is not competitive. 4) from - now is a bit square - could be rounded more on the back.

the two things i will like changed are

i think the ports and volume rockers are fine where they are and they will be fine if they are moved elsewhere..i don't think that's an issue worth worrying about

I like almost everything about my Z30. The one bit of hardware I'd like to see improved is the camera; it needs better sensor or lenses. We want a camera that can outperform the iPhone.

Remove the brand name Blackberry on my Z10, it is too loud, and the 3 big icons at the bottom of the screen, they need to be configurable/disabled.

2. Improved camera - it seems to be a bit below par for the class.

3. IR remote LED

4. Touch sensitive area on the front (above or below the screen) where you can control volume or mute.

5. Porche Design case by default for the Z10 but without the Porche Design price. If Lacie can do it a normally priced Porche Design enclosure for their disk drives why can't BlackBerry do it for their phones...

A Q with a large Z10 sized screen and/or a slider.
BBM that finally works reliably on all platforms.

Besides that, I'm pretty happy with my Q5/Z30 combo on 1925.

Actually the Q5 too, but I don't expect much better results from a lower end device, but I do, from the higher end Z30.

Trust me, we don't need quad core processing. And stronger dual core will work and save battery. Motorola's moving down to dual core now.
My personal changes: Z10
Essentially make it a Z30 with a stronger dual core.
Switch out the A moved with a more PPI dense LCD and that's it.

I have the Q10 and I am very satiesfied with the usabiility of the Device, yet a slightly larger Display would be nice, also the brightness needs to be improved a lot!

Could make things slower as threads fight for resources. Only makes sense if individual apps take advantage of multiple cores.

Give me 5 GHZ dual core instead.

The phone could definitely use a better camera. The hardware as it stands is good. If they can pull it off without ruining the experience, a larger screen on the Q10.
