Today I have received a 10.3.1.2576 (os) update (53mb) for my Z10. I want to know what is new in this update.

As a Z10 user, the major things that were fixed with this release are:
- FREAK vulnerability
- Problems with devices not charging/being unable to connect to mobile network or use camera
- Max notification volume too low (in fixing this they actually made it so that keyboard feedback volume when set to lowest still makes sound unless you're in silent profile)
- Phone takes a few seconds to connect to incoming calls, during which time the phone continues to vibrate
- Rotation lock issues

Some users have also seen improvements with Android run-time and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Help...I just update my z10 with this version a couple of days ago. My problem is that..my phone will automatically turn to silent mode each time I received an in coming call. What the ****. What should I do?

Have you tried performing a hard reset on your device by holding down the power button until you see the BlackBerry 10 OS loading screen appear (ignoring the power off time, carrier logo (if applicable), and BlackBerry logo)? Try that and see if your issue still persists.

Friend, I just tried to hard reset but to no avail. My phone still automatically turn into silent mode whenever I received incoming calls. This is so frustrating..-

So your actual Notification Profile switches to silent when an incoming call is received? When does the switch occur? (i.e. does it switch to silent mode before ringing so you never hear it or does it only switch when you answer the call, etc.)

Yup.. The switch occur when the call is coming . ..no vibrate..no sound..it just silent.
(and the icon also turn to silent logo)
