BlackBerry 10 opens up a lot of options for developers on both in hardware and software capabilities. As one of those mobile developers I'm curious as to what kind of applications users are looking for whether personal or corporate use... thus my question is:

NOT including existing app titles (any platform) What kind of applications would you like to see built for BlackBerry 10?

For example:

• Are companies looking for apps to enable workers that go out "into the field" on a daily basis to log work/data from locations?
• Are users looking for apps to manage their personal finance/budget/projects in a special way?
• How about PDF form filling on-the-fly?
• More apps using NFC (tap-to-transfer) technology?
• Special collaboration utilities for all users on a given LAN?

I'm building an app for "business users" currently (can't say much about it but I'm expecting to release it soon) but I'm sure I'm like many other developers always looking for app ideas that help solve real problems and make things easier for BlackBerry users.

Your bolded part there pretty much eliminates a lot of apps. With that being said, NFC apps are lacking (seeing as it's relatively new) and I personally feel that is the way things are heading.

I myself do not use a lot of apps, especially for work. But it's good to see a dev on here working on/for bb10.

Thanks @twstd.reality - yeah my main interest is for the apps that would really help make BB10 a great device for users. I just didn't want this to become another (add Instagram/Skype/etc.) rant.
I could "lighten" that restriction to the non-top-100 apps out there today... e.g. even if there is a NetSuite app out there, I can see how app(s) that could integrate with it would be helpful for several companies... ditto for SAP etc.
