I have looked over the PDF manual and I don't find a reference to what this icon is/means. It's the one in the upper right with an exclamation point. I assumed it had something to do with wifi calling, as it appears to be a combination of the wifi signal icon and a phone icon. But I don't believe my Z30 has that feature. It surely doesn't have a Wifi calling app, like I have seen mentioned here and elsewhere. This icon just randomly showed up.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts/suggestions. I am new to BB10.

What is this icon? I can't figure it out.-bb10-icon.jpeg

It's wi-fi calling but I'm not sure what the exclamation signifies.

Jeez, guys, I guess no one has T-Mobile. It's the wifi calling logo from their app, and the ! means it's not connected. How did you get this on a Z30? Is this the Z30 you got from that sketchy online store? Anyway, find the app, open it, and see if you can connect. I would LOVE if T-Mobile's wifi calling worked on a Z30, because I want to get one.

The wifi calling app is not on the phone.Only the "My Account" app is. But I have not used the "My Account" app at all.
Where would I get the wifi calling app?

You can get the WI-FI calling app in BlackBerry World.

But may I ask what OS version you are running (type"myver" and press spacebar) and how you got a Z30 with T-Mobile??

Thank you for that link! It downloaded. For some reason it would NOT show up when I searched for it. Still wouldn't even after I backed out after following your link. But that's probably because when I opened it is had "Error" under the toggle on wifi calling option. I bet it's somehow related to my old service plan. Maybe if I update it then wifi calling would work.

I am running 10.2.0.429. STA100-5 Z30. I got it from GSM Nation (after quite an ordering ordeal...)

No problem In order to find it in the future, open BBW and select "T-Mobile TOP PICKS" then T-Mobile Business, and you'll find it there.

It's interesting that you've got that icon with your Z30 and T-Mobile. As far as I know they haven't released the proper radio for the Z30 and Wi-Fi calling...yet. I could be wrong.
Take note of http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=878689 where this guy has a Z30 with T-Mobile and his WI-FI calling icon doesn't have the red mark...it's just faded.

I really appreciate you sharing that screen shot of the same icon.
But when I am in BBW I can nowhere find "T-Mobile Top Picks". Since my phone was never locked (?) that's probably why. And probably why wi-fi calling doesn't work, as it's a TMO thing. I think.

This icon just appeared on my BlackBerry Z30 after I upgraded to 10.2.1.2234 (Software Release 10.2.1.2160). It was not there in the prior version of 10.2.1 installed on my phone. Is there a way I can get and install the T-Mobile WIFI calling app from a third-party source? I would like to use WIFI calling on my Z30 which is hooked up to T-Mobile service.

I installed it long ago. But it never works. I'm on TMO too.
