There was a post, I think on the main page, that this was dropped. Maybe it'll comeback with a later OS update but for now it's either canned or on the back burner.

I think it was axed due to it just not being practical enough according to BlackBerry.

Cinamon toast is gone for now, but the black theme will probably be there for the Q10 (or later device with OLED screens)
