Do you have any documentation for that? If you type ood:// into the browser you get an error.

I don't think it means anything, other than there is a mistake. The whole thing is a URI which is a super set of URL. You are likely familiar with a URL like:

    Code:
    http://www.google.com
The http part is called the URI scheme. In this case it tells us, and the computer, that the URL is for a WWW address. There are many schemes defined but I don't see oode. So a mistake.

It's actually a short way to launch the setup application, if someone suggested it to you, my guess is link is telling you that setup isn't completed on your device?

Do you know how long it took to copy Bla1ze's broken link into my browser, just to see that stupid meme. Crackberry app doesn't even let me copy and paste it into a browser.

Why did.t it just show up in the app?

It means 'Out Of Box Experience' ya all. More like an initial first impression of your phone when You first take it out of the box and set if up yourself.

Microsoft loves OOBE, and actually insists on PC manufacturers (OEMs) to let you go through the Out-of-the-box-Experience, so you can click to accept the infamous EULA... :-)
