Hey all, is there any way of finding out what app is using GPS when no app is active? Today I upgraded 4 apps and for some reason my 'GPS active' simbol is showing that GPS is running even when I have no app running. How do I find out what app it is?

I noticed this just after installing Poynt so I uninstalled it and haven't seen it happen again.

Poynt definitely uses GPS locational services.

Seconded. The Poynt app seems to use GPS in the background even when it's not running as an Active Frame. I had the GPS symbol appear randomly and never turn off a lot, but as soon as I uninstalled Poynt, it hasn't happened again.

Having Poynt installed also caused me no end of failures when attempting to use the Maps app. Once I uninstalled Poynt, Maps began functioning perfectly once again.

I hope this gets fixed. I love Poynt but I hate seeing this running all the time, I feel like I'm being followed and it uses battery too.

I went into Poynt settings, configured Search Radius, Units, etc. Now when I close the active frame the location services symbol disappears within about 5 seconds.

I agree, installed Poynt and the GPS symbol stayed on all the time and my battery level went down very quickly. Uninstalled. Poynt and things are back to normal.
