    So I use Data Usage counter to show me what has been used and when but is there any way to see what app is using what, I'm sure I've seen screens before but I can't seem to find anything now.

    Should be in device monitor. Click on the app, and it will show you various graphs

    It would most likely be BBM (PM services). Otherwise BB World, make sure it does not update at will.

    Thanks I knew it had to be under the device monitor I just forgot you have to load up the apps.

    The big winner for me seems to be Nobex, a program I use for downloading podcasts. Everything else looks reasonable.
