From the past two days I have been working with a pdf opened through Adobe reader and then a word file open through Docs to Go and both minimised into active frames. Whenever the phone locks after 1 min and I try to wake up the phone the phone just turns off. It is really weird coz the phone won't restart but just turn off. I have to power on the phone again. I haven't face this problem anytime in the past and it only happens when Adobe reader and Docs to go are open. I have picture password on the phone. I am using Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.2141. I don't know why this is happening

When is the last time time it didn't do it? Any new apps installed or apps deleted recently? Seems odd to start all of a sudden.

Nope haven't installed anything new. Just that some apps got updated. Tried to replicate again but did not occur. Can it happen because of low memory?
