Got a really weird bug. I'm trying to open a specific bbm contact in both the hub and in the bbm app. But it kick me out. Can't send a msg because it either crashes the bbm app or just goes back to the hub. Restarted couple times, hub, bbm and phone including battery pulls. Deleting the contact and readding didn't help either. Any suggestions?

That happens to me from time to another and it goes alone but it's really annoying

never happened. do a secure wipe or reload

Added the same person on another z10 and it does the same thing. Just for this one person. It was working fine the day before yesterday but now it just doesn't let you open a chat with this person.

I don't think that will help as I've tried this contact with 4 different phones now. BBOS doesn't seem to have an issue. Just the BB10. I'm convinced there's something wrong with BB10 and either the persons dp, name, or status that is some sort of kill code when read by the BB10 os.
