Wondering why when I do a Web search for a retail store and the phone number comes up why I can't click on the phone number and have it dial? I'm sure I used to be able to do that with my Torch. Am I missing something? Presently I've been having to copy and paste into contacts. Which brings up my se issue. Why can't you paste a phone number into the dial pad on the phone?

Currently you can't do this but I've been told this is coming in 10.1 along with pasting phone numbers into the phone app. We will see very, very soon.

Yes, so you are saying the Torch is a better phone. And here I thought I was buying a better phone with the Z 10. ;-)

If the ability to highlight something is what determines the best phone in the market for you,

I have a notepad. Highlighter. And old Nokia flip phone ill trade for your z10.

By tour logic, you will have the best device in the market

there's an app called 'flow dialer'

it allows you to share the number with the phone calling app.
