    This is not making something from scratch, instead just like making a predetermined advanced setting.
    It can be executed using quick setting drop down menu.

    Has anyone figured out exactly what the "low power state" when holstered entails for BB10 devices (other than just turning off the screen when it detects the holster magnet). I know it used to make a pretty big difference in BBOS device.

    No way to tell until next leak. But I hope it makes a big difference as well because I already put my phone in standby when not using it and it doesn't save much
