I have Verizon with Z10STL100-4/10.2.1.1055 and since this new update, the volume won't go loud at all!? Has anyone else experienced this?

How low is it? I've always found the volume on my Z10 to be fairly low including since the last update. I've kind of accepted it and actually don't mind it as it reduces the risk of hearing damage (I'm pretty sure I've already suffered permanent hearing damage so better to stop further damaging it).

It's low enough to where I can't hear it well. Phone call volume is fine, but music is way too low. Music from the device itself, and also music when plugged into speakers or earphones. Way too low to even hear it well.

Makes me wonder if there is a setting that needs to be adjusted on our respective phones. From what I can tell mine is turned up for both media and phone. I don't know of any other setting that could affect this.

Yeah I've looked at all the settings I can think of. They're all turned up. I've been using Songza. Let me go try TuneIn or other sources and see if it's the same issue.

Yay!! Songza seems to be the only issue! So I'll remove Songza and perhaps re-install later and see if that helps.

TuneIn and StereoTube volume work perfectly!
