    The voicemail notification shows despite having followed it through & deleted the voicemail after hearing it... the hub notification does not disappear & has no trash bin... delete for it is greyed out... select more with another hub item shows delete greyed out... what to do?

    All is well... I had 5swipe reset the hub & the rebooted but had not done it in the order you have suggested & boom, all better... thanks!!

    This is probably one of the dumbest questions in the history of CrackBerry but how do I reset the HUB on the Q10. Is it the same as the Z10? How exactly do the five swipes work, I mean where do I Swipe from?

    I just watched Kevin's way old video on youtube...so never mind the HUB reboot but my voice mail notification is still there after rebooting HUB and rebooting the phone.

    Did you delete the voice mail? I don't on mine if I don't delete it or save it the notification is always there.

    All voice messages have been deleted apparently but I don't hear an option to listen to saved messages.

    What seems to work is to do full reboot (vol keys) immediately resetting the hub via 5swipes...
