No such luck here, but then again Telus doesn't seem to have visual voicemail for any phone but the iPhone. Really hoping that changes someday!
still better than Bell...they didn't even get the update  #worst

How did you update it on tmobile? I have an unlocked Rogers z10 on t-Mobile and would like to update the software.

I put the Fido SIM card that came with the phone back in, and went to Settings > Software Updates > Check for Updates and it found it. The SIM is unprovisioned, but that doesn't matter, it still works.
I have an unlocked Z10. Just got back from a trip to San Diego. Bought a T-MOBILE sim and to my surprise had visual voice mail.
When I bought my phone, the Telus sales rep told me the z10 didn't support visual vm. Was I surprised they were dead wrong.
It's too bad they are spewing false statements as some buyers might not buy without it. Contacted telus and they didn't no if or when they would get it.
What a shame.
Z10 + PB 64GB = Keeping Moving. Posted using CB10 App
Even if Bell didn't get the new os update yet, we already had Visual Voice mail from the beginning. But they are charging 7$ a month to use it.
So how dies visual voice mail work?
Posted via CB10
I never tried it since it's not worth 7$ a month.

I am with Rogers and my account includes visual voice mail but where on the z10 is this stored? When I hit the voice mail button in the phone app it just dials. Is this where you are finding your visual?

I'm in the same boat, I have the vvm on my acct, but on the z10 on the hub I see the vm tab but all it does it have the number that left a vm not actually visual voice mail

No Visual voice mail yet again with this update for Rogers clients its a Rogers issue. Bell customers have already please feel free to contact Rogers and vent only way to get fixed. Remember in the mean time to get voice mail plus on a discount while we wait.

so the way VVM worked for me is when I looked at my call log, I would have a purple voicemail (tape) icon beside a name.
therefore, the call log would show:
(purple VM icon) John Smith 9:11
(red X phone icon) John Smith 9:10
Hence I could see who left the voicemail and which one I wanted to listen to
Ya that's not how visual voice mail works for Rogers. For Rogers if someone leaves a vm it would have the message transcribed to you. That way you wouldn't have to call ur vm

So all this talk about "testing" the device before launch by carriers are still half-@assed done! So typical...
I am on Rogers and just sent myself a voice message, the VVM works, got a text message with the vm transcribed. I updated yesterday.
Really!? And it says the whole message!? That's awesome is it in the hub or a stand alone app?

That's actually Rogers' Voicemail to Text service, which is included in VVM Plus
What I have is similar to what the iPhone has, where you see the list and play the message, also called VVM.
Voice mail to text is different from visual voice mail. Just got off the phone with Rogers and the rep told me vvm is not available able yet for z10, but they are working on it, an it "Shouldn't be too long"
Before it is available.
Works on at&t as well.
I really hope it comes soon.
Most of the time I get "Please call into your voicemail mailbox to listen to your message.. Instead of a text message with the contents of my VM.
And when it does dictate the VM I get a lot of Gibberish contained within.

No luck on my side -vodafoneDE
I'm on Vodafone UK and apparently I've got vvm. It was simply an option to "Tick" during the process of configuring my voice box.
