After reading through the "clarification" articles about BlackBerry Data on BB10 I still have one question:

Is it possible to force BB10 devices to use a blackberry data plan only and prevent it from using regular Internet Data? (for all services: mail, web, apps ...)
Perhaps by setting up faulty apn settings or is there any other way on the device itself?

BES10 has no option for that compared to BES5.

Based upon the information read on this forum it seems BlackBerry 10 smartphones do not make use of BIS services apart from BBM routing through the NOC. Consequently, a BIS or BES data plan is treated the same as a generic data plan as far as the smartphone is concerned.

So I have no chance to tell my device to use only APN "blackberry.net" instead of "carrier.net"?

Acually I don't care wheter it's routing through RIM NOC or not - but my carrier is charging me differently for "blackberry.net" and "carrier.net".

So what happens with the email accounts anyway?I can't setup them like I do with my bold 9900?I don't understand why BIS is missing in bb10!
