    When I first bought my Z10 and connected it via usb, I could see both drives on my PC - the device and the media card.

    Now, with 10.3.2.556 when I connect via usb I only see the media card drive. Any suggestions on how to see both device + media card via usb?

    I'm guessing you have link installed on your computer. If you did a clean install on your z10 you might have to exit your BlackBerry Id on link an login again. Also check your device settings for storage and make sure it is not set to USBmass storage.
