I'm at thee airport and they want to see my ticket for my returning flight. Since I booked it like 2 months ago the confirmation doesn't appear in the hub. How can I change that, can't find the setting to increase the time for synchronization.

Try typing in your search then go to the bottom of the list and you should see a remote search option for your email.

I all of those things work with my exchange account but not with my private imap. And there's the confirmation. I think I've found a solution for now (calling someone to get the info) but it's sad that by BlackBerry can't do that.

    Thanks for your help.

I thought new OS allowed for forever sync for IMAP and POP? Maybe in the future you could switch to Hotmail.com (now called Outlook.com) since it uses Exchange Activesync.

For reference, EAS accounts such as Hotmail, Outlook.com can have the sync time frame adjusted in the advanced settings for the account.

For an IMAP account such as Gmail, it has to be set up when adding the account. So, you can delete the account, re-add it, and in advanced settings, specify "Initial Retrieval" as "Forever".

Seriously, there are many here willing to help but be a big boy and accept that "user error" caused a lot of your pain. BlackBerry offers a FREE app called BlackBerry Travel which is a repository of your travel related information. There are many other apps which can do that as well. If you choose to carry a BlackBerry then that says you are one of the few who "get things done ". If that is truly the case, accept that your lack of prior planning is not Blackberry's responsibility. And learn from your mistakes. *rant now finished*

    BlackBerry Travel is pretty good.

If you flag an email, which puts an entry in Remember, will you still have access to it after the time limit through Remember?

If you remember your password , add account, and then advanced. You have all options there.
