    I'm from Ireland and have a Z10 STL100-2 factory unlocked to all networks. On Software release: 10.1.0.4181 and OS Version: 10.1.0.4633. Every time I got to the Software Updates section and click the Check for Updates button it starts checking for updates. This is where the problems start, it takes 2 minutes for it to search for an update and then I get an error saying ''The update server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later'' This happens each time. Anyone know how I can fix this error? Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried power cycling? pressing and holding both your volume rocker buttons until the phone reboots, and keep pressing them until the blue bb squircle shows up? Are you doing this on wifi?

    Ok, I'll try that and yes I'm doing it on wifi but the same thing happens when I'm using my networks data.

    Where is the option to update it on Link? I couldn't find it there last night. All I could find was the option to reinstall the OS.

    While your phone is plugged into your computer, in Link select your phone.

    Then under your phone menu on the left hand side there should be a menu option call "Software Updates" right under "Back Up & Restore".
