    I backed up my q10 and when I tried restoring my data to my new z30, it kept saying restoring cancelled, don't know what the problem is and I really need to restore my data, is there any other way I can restore my data please help

    Did you try doing a device switch in Link?

    Try backup again.. setup Z30 with same BlackBerry ID and try restore one more time. Maybe something went wrong on your initial backup
