Hi, my recently bought Q10 is on 10.3.1.2243

I have 3 email account set within the hub. 2 Gmail, and 1 inbox.com
All three is an IMAP account. Been working perfectly in my iPhone for years.

I have no problem with email retrieval/push from both my gmail.
From inbox.com IMAP, I have trouble receiving all emails it had. The symptoms are like, the hub only wants to retrieve 'random' emails from inbox.com. For example, today, there are 4 emails already coming in, but the hub only shows 1. Yesterday 4 emails shown out of 8.

    My settings are :
    - use push if supported : yes
    - append messages to sent folder : no
    - sync interval : 30 minutes
    - sync timeframe : 30 days

What could affect this funny symptoms ? please help me

Why do you have such a long time for sync intervals?

I have mine set to every 15 mins. You might want to lower yours to at least once an hour

ooops.. sorry... my mistake. It's actually 30 minutes, not 30 days.

Just a FYI, I sync my imap every four hours. It isn't like your messages won't be in sync between these sync sessions. Rather I gather the sync is a check.

Increasing the sync period increased battery life.

I'm using imap+ with no problems.

Do you sync all inbox.com email folders through imap? You get the same result when you don't sync some folders between the server and your device.

Reading the inbox.com website, I see no imap email. Just pop3.

Yes, I do sync all email folders through imap. Yet, blackberry hub only shows 1-4 email out of 10+ emails coming in, in a day.

There is IMAP service for inbox.com, and I have connected it successfully to my ipad ,iphone, and thunderbird in pc for years, without problem.

You might want to inform the inbox.com webmaster that it has imap.
