Try doing a reboot twice. Hold down the power/lock button until the device shuts down. The camera on the other hand, it may be a hardware problem (since you stated you dropped your phone in a liquid). You may try running the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app to confirm, or you may try to downgrade to the official OS and see how everything works.

If you did dropped it in a liquid then we can suspect that the problem came from liquid damage on perhaps, hardware. Have it inspected and repaired on a service center.

IPA shouldn't hurt it if you pulled battery until it dried out. Download BBVE from BlackBerry World And run all hardware tests. Free program. It works to find out if your phone operates properly. Keep us posted.

    I had same problem

Someone wrote somewhere to turn off flash...in browser app select the three dot 'more' button >settings>display and actions>adobe flash
also to turn desktop mode off by...in browser app select three dot 'more' button>settings>developer tools>desktop mode.

this worked for me videos now play again. not sure what other consequences this may have or how it 's actions affect other apps.

I tried to test the camera on BBVE but it told me that the camera is in use by another application.
