    Hi there,

    I recently had my Z10 added to my companies Bes10 Pilot program. Balance is very sweet and I love having the ease of access to my corporate items.

    One email item I am unable to mark as read or even open for that matter. It is my BES activation email by chance. It has been marked and deleted off my corporate email, but remains on my z10. I have rebooted the HUB and the phone.

    I have contacted my BES support team but no response, figured I would ask the crackberry masses!

    Try a long hold on the date and choose Mark Read Prior.
