I'm on AT&T using an unlocked Q10 that I ordered from Blackberry.com. I checked for software updates and got the notification in hub that says Blackberry 10 OS update Version10.2.1.2977 - Size 98MB is available. I'll probably back my Q10 up and install it.

    Sachin Jain2,

I did not update through Blackberry Link. Before installing the update, I checked BB Link. It informed me I had the most current OS. However when I checked under settings -> Software Updates, the update was there. I did the update on the phone using wifi. Good Luck.

    Tried all the three methods
Through wifi, oti, BlackBerry link. Software installation interrupted after full download. Tried through sacheshi also, but no update found there also.

I received my 10.2.1.2977 today for my Q10 and my Z10. 955 MB's for the Z and 119 MB's for the Q. Both unlocked and purchased from BlackBerry. My AT&T rep with an AT&T branded unlocked Q10 is showing no update. I'm in Colorado on AT&T.

Even I was facing the same problem till yesterday. I contacted Blackberry Support and got following reply and it did work for me.

" 1) Contact your carrier to deactivate provisioning and then have them reactivate it again.

    2) After profile update: On the device, go to settings. Tap on About. Under category change value from general to network.
From the lower right corner tap on the 3 dots for more options. Select Register BlackBerry.

    3) Connect device to computer. Run BlackBerry Link.

    4) On the left side of BlackBerry Link, click on Back up and Restore. [Backup data before you reset]

    5) Click button for reset your device to its factory settings.

    6) After reset try to perform update."

I followed the above steps. After device reset when the system restarted, before restoring the data, I went to Settings/Software updates. I checked for updates and got a 32MB update (earlier I was getting either 17MB or 282MB update). I downloaded it (on mobile data service only as it was a small file but you could try wifi also) and then it got updated and now my Z10 is running 10.2.1.2977
