    Don't know what happened to my z10. Firstly i lost all my contacts then i tried to logout fb account from the app that is also not working and now i can't even add accounts too..
    I'm on official OS 10.2

    Try re-installing the Facebook app. It could fix the bug.

    Unable to add accounts :(-img_00000994.png

    Anyway, for the reload, you do not need to download everything again. You could restore data from BlackBerry Link. However, it is a long process and should be used as a final option.
