Amazon has always enforced an IP filter for their app store blocking everyone from outside the US, even if you had a legitimate US account but travelling abroad. Which blocks you from receiving updates for apps you already paid for.
I've found that way on an android forum, but it is a bit trickier on BlackBerry 10.

#1 : download "Location Spoofer" from the Android app store of your choice.

If you try to use it now, it tells you to enable device location mock under development settings (android dev settings), and it opens your BlackBerry 10 settings, so it doesn't work yet.

#2 : download ghost commander from the Android store of your choice.

#3: open ghost commander and choose "apps".

#4: long press "dev tools" with the cog icon and choose "launch"

    #5: choose developer options.

#6: enable dev mode at the top, then scroll down and you'll find the "allow location mock" option.

#7: minimise ghost commander and go back to location spoofer and set a duration of your liking and click "start spoofing"

#8: go to the amazon app store and enjoy the free paid app everyday and all the apps!

    #9: ???

    #10: profit

It's sadly only available on a few select countries. I know for a fact that it's not available in the middle east or most of asia (not sure about Europe) , another hiccup heading in Blackberry's way... unless they figure out an agreement, since 90% of BlackBerry users aren't located in the US..

If they don't then it's still not a plug and play solution like they hoped it will be as you can see from the steps above + the need to spoof the location every time you need an app or update and the inability to natively access the Android settings menu without ghost commander.

We do not have Kindle Unlimited in the UK. May be we can access the free 1 month access with this.

It's not available in Asia as far as I know.
And the steps are much complicated than installing Snap for a newbie.

I hope BlackBerry and Amazon do something about it and make it easier for newbies to download and use amazon app store from the get go.

Not sure what you guys mean by "not available". I'm in Vietnam and I'm just simply go straight to amazon.com on my Z3 and download the app store. I can even log into my amazon account and receive free app of the day as well.

Here in Egypt it logs in okay but once you click download on an app it says "please check your account for regional settings to access your local store" and it is set correctly in the account... by searching for Internet it says that this message is amazon politely telling you that they don't want to serve your country..

You are able to use Amazon app store because Vietnam is one the territories eligible to shop for apps on Amazon app store.

As you can see, a whole lot of countries in Africa, Asia, Americas, and Europe are missing from the list.

Exactly, you can't have an app solution that doesn't work in a country where your phone is sold.. you know how arab people are big on BlackBerry and bbm. Not a single country is in the list (Saudi Arabia , Egypt, Kuwait .. not even Dubai) .. Indonesia is not on the list too..

    Further update:
Since I've done this for the first time I got a bit lazy to do it again.. so I thought I'll try the store again without repeating the steps, and guess what.. it worked!

So apparently the setting is saved somewhere either on the app or the amazon server... so this fix only needs to be done once not every time you download an app! I'm really happy now :P
