    Is there a way to change the HUB so it doesn't immediately update when I get an email? I'm on a 300MB data plan so I don't want to be plowing through it because I suddenly get 10 emails when I'm off of Wifi.

    Try turning it to manual in that account's settings. That way it only happens when you request it.
