BBDS does not work with BB10. You will need to use BB Link. BB Link will transfer your phone settings and data but will not 2 way sync with Outlook.
This is helpful. Thank you. I have downloaded Link, and I see that it will talk to my 9900, but only to prompt me to use BBDS or to prompt me to transfer data to a BlackBerry 10 phone.
