    The device switch seem to be unavalaible for the bb8300.

    Note app? You mean Memopad?

    If so, try using BlackBerry Desktop Manager and just backup memopad data (custom Backup). Use BBLINK to restore that.

    Second method, sync with Outlook and resync with BB10
