    I tried looking in the usual places.

    Blackberry Desktop Manager wont support the new phone.
    Blackberry Link doesnt have PIM management options.
    Blackberry Protect doesnt work with anything but finding the phone if its missing.

    Would love a solution

    I found an option in Blackberry Link that when you plug in your Z10, in the lower right is a menu (three vertical dots) that lets you choose device switch. It lets me copy user info from my 9900 and then asks for the new device, but it wont recognize it (which it does fine in the Link main page) I think its buggy. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar?
