transfer contacts etc from 9860 to Z10
how will I be able to do this if the Z10 only uses the link desktop software?

If anyone else was looking for the answer to this the best way I found and had to use was transfer from Blue tooth fast and painless . Simply pair both devices and select all contacts -( for sending from the Z10 select a contact press and hold until sidebar shows hit select more and hit share)
