I cannot find anyone else talking about this problem on the forum.

Every once in a while, I get the overlay items start ghosting and staying on top of the main os screens. For example, the toast message notifications and the screen shot notification.

I have tried restarting the hub, no change. The only way to get rid of it is to restart completely. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem and found a faster way to fix it.

I just had this problem too -- it was stuck at about 50% opacity, though. I, too, restarted (in fact, my phone just finished rebooting as I started typing this.) First time it's happened.

Yeah I have had it happen with less opacity, in this incident it wasn't, but it's annoying either way.

I had been dealing with this on my Q10 up until about a week ago where it just corrected itself.

No new apps, no setting changes, it just started to happen. Only two thirds of my notifications would appear, they would be scrambled than get stuck. I would have to go to another screen to remove it.

However here I am, running smooth once again.
The problem lasted almost two weeks.
