My timer is stuck at 0 and won't allow me to adjust/ reset. Anyone know how to fix this?

reset the phone by holding the volume up and down button together. That should help, report back, if it doesn't, we shall brainstorm.

I recently came across the same issue. Tried a hard reset, battery out of the phone for a few mins (do I need to wait longer?) and neither work. What happened was, my phone froze (which is rare) while I was using the timer and it never recovered. Had to do a battery pull, was getting pre-BB10 flashbacks. =/
