Hello

I got a Z10 last year and i'm very satisfied with it. A couple of days ago i installed the 10.2.1 upgrade.
But when i push the power button, it takes approx six minutes until i see the meny.
And i was wondering if it's something wrong with the phone.

Can you clarify exactly what you mean? What's happening and what are you trying to accomplish?

I'm pushing the power button (turning the phone on).
Then it takes about 6 minutes before i can see the meny and use the phone.

Is it every time? The first boot after I upgraded took a while and I got a message stating some error had been fixed. It has been fine ever since.

Yes it's every time. So i don't know what to do.
